The First Edition of the Festa della Zucca
On Sunday 27 October 2024, amid bright sunshine and the enthusiasm of the participants, the first edition of the Pumpkin Festival was held at the Fattoria di Vignamaggio, an event that brought joy to young and old alike. The little ones took part in the art of carving, transforming pumpkins into truly creative and unique works of art.
Each child gave free rein to their imagination, decorating the pumpkins according to their own tastes and creating original pieces that won everyone’s hearts.
For adults, the party was also an opportunity to enjoy our Zucca Sunrise cocktail, which was a surprising success.
Here is the recipe for recreating it at home:
- 50 ml Vignamaggio vermouth
- 30 ml of Vinsanto Vignamaggio
- 70 ml yellow pumpkin pulp
- 15 ml liquid cinnamon sugar
- 15 ml red wine syrup
- 70 ml apple juice

After completing the pumpkin carving, the children were able to treat themselves to pumpkin biscuits, prepared especially for the event.
