If you haven’t written your letter yet, you’ll find paper, pens, envelopes, and stamps ready for you to write it with us. GOOD TO KNOW: Entry is free, but to make sure every child has the chance to meet Santa Claus, you can book online. Bookings are not for a precise time, but for a time slot: 2–3 pm, 3–4 pm, or 4–5 pm.
