Our chef will guide you step by step through the making of our wine fettuccine, a much-loved dish that is part of everyday life at the Fattoria.
You’ll learn how to prepare the pasta by hand, following the same recipe and simple gestures used in our kitchen. Once the fettuccine are ready, it’s time to gather around the table and enjoy them with ragù made from our own hens and aged pecorino, just as we serve them at the Fattoria.
Along the way, our kitchen team will share a few of their secrets and stories with you. And to take a little piece of Vignamaggio home, you’ll leave with your own chef’s apron — and, hopefully, a recipe you’ll want to make again and again.
