A meeting of autumn flavours from across the Atlantic and those of our countryside. The evening begins with a welcome glass, Vignamaggio cured meats, and cornbread served with three Tuscan pairings: chicken livers, cavolo nero and beans, and sausage and stracchino cheese. Next comes pumpkin risotto with chestnuts and thyme oil. Taking centre stage is the signature dish of Thanksgiving: turkey, prepared with a stuffing of Cinta Senese sausage and chestnuts. It is accompanied by sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, classic Thanksgiving side dishes. To finish, chocolate and gianduja tart and pumpkin and walnut cake.
