The Opening of Casa Caffè at La Fattoria di Vignamaggio

On Saturday, October 25th, we inaugurated our Casa Caffè, the sweetest corner of La Fattoria di Vignamaggio.

At Casa Caffè Vignamaggio, every morning begins with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked croissants, artisan coffee, and fine tea.
This is a place devoted to gourmet breakfasts, French-style pastries, and savory delicacies, perfect for a quick yet delicious lunch or a relaxed weekend brunch.

All our products are freshly prepared each day by our talented pastry chef Olimpia, whose creativity brings to life an elegant selection of handcrafted viennoiserie: from classic croissants and pain au chocolat to flans, braided pastries, Danish pastries, and savory mini pizzas.

Coffee: a journey through blends and aromas

At Casa Caffè you can choose from several premium espresso blends:

  • 75% Arabica and 25% Robusta – balanced and full-bodied;

  • 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta – smooth and aromatic;

  • 100% single-origin Arabica from the Dominican Republic – pure intensity and character.

And it’s not just espresso: try a cortado, mocha, or marocchino, along with other classic Italian coffee creations, all prepared with care and precision.

The art of viennoiserie at Vignamaggio

To ensure an experience worthy of your best mornings, our team trained with Davide Del Chierico, a master pastry chef specialized in French viennoiserie.
Thanks to his expertise, every pastry at Casa Caffè is a celebration of craftsmanship, flavor, and perfect texture, crisp on the outside, soft and buttery within.

Casa Caffè is open from Wednesdey to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
It’s the ideal spot for a Chianti breakfast, a quick lunch, or a sweet afternoon break.
