Frollemente have created this time a classic of the international breakfast: the French Toast, of course adding their unmistakable touch, both in the recipe and in the beautiful presentation. Here’s how to prepare it.

4 slices of Pan Bauletto bread
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 box of red fruits
Vignamaggio currant and blackberry jam
50g butter for baking French toast
Maple syrup (optional)
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Heat a skillet with butter and when it is hot take a slice of pan bauletto and dip it in the eggs and milk. Arrange in the pan and cook well until completely browned. When ready, proceed in this way with the other slices. When ready, place the two French toasts in a small dish, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt and jam and then garnish with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy warm !
